On the 7th of May 2018, I covered the Milton Keynes Marathon day - an event I've had the joy of photographing for many years.
I can confidently confirm that the day is always epic with a real buzz and this year, beautiful weather. The day consists of a full & half marathon, marathon relay & superhero costume fun run - and I can say, every year the day seems to keep getting even better! This year, the race village added a fresh spark, with fire breathers, a live drum band, parkour and live music!
The atmosphere was incredible; I loved watching those who had achieved so much celebrate together.
